Rule check: before you trade

Many disputes start with a rule that never said what would decide the market. Paste the market's title, rules and resolution source, and the check reads each condition for four things.

1. Proof. Does the rule say what evidence decides the outcome?
2. Source. Does it name who supplies that evidence (a named publisher, a class of sources, an official body)?
3. Fallback. What happens if the named source is silent, late or contradicts itself?
4. Deadline. By when must the event occur, and by when must it be reported? These are not the same thing.

Each gap is named, with the wording that would close it.
